Pesticides and Testing – Rachel Kubiak from the California Department of Pesticide Regulation and Emily Richardson from CW Analytical Laboratories talk about pesticides and testing requirements.
Non Storefront Retail – Max Mikalonis and Nurit Raphael from the California Cannabis Delivery Alliance share an overview of exciting work going to strengthen the voice for delivery services in California as well as a discussion of CCDAs strategic priorities for 2018.
Labor and HR – Ag labor expert Eduardo Blanco from the Agricultural Labor Relations Board will have a conversation with Attorney Joanna Hossack from Clark Neubert LLP aboutlabor requirements, compliance, and best practices.
Water Board – Dan Schulz from the State Water Board will discuss the recently passed regulations fro cannabis cultivation.
Taxes and Track and Trace – Lauren Fraser and others from the Cannabis Distributors Association will discuss developments related to distribution, specifically focused on taxes and track and trace.
