We’re at the Cannabis Sustainability Symposium in Denver this week to launch the beta version of our Cannabis PowerScore™. The PowerScore is a self-audit tool we’re developing to help growers compare their energy performance relative to like producers.

The purpose of the PowerScore is to empower cultivators and business owners with a quick assessment of their ability to control their energy expenses as competition increases and prices inevitably fall. Privacy-protected data will then inform utilities and public agencies about energy consumption in cultivation facilities to support incentives and policies that drive adoption of more efficient technologies and techniques.
We’re calling on everyone to help reduce the energy footprint of the industry by making the PowerScore tool effective. Data analytics companies, seed-to-sale firms, utilities, states, lighting and HVAC manufacturers and installers, and many others can help us receive the best advice.
Please take a test drive and provide your input here. Thank you for your support of a more profitable industry with a smaller footprint.
